These are part # FAP800-40W-808nm. These would be ideal candidates for creating your DPSS laser. They both produce 40 watts at 48 amps, Coherent specifications rate it up to 53 amps. As you can see from the pictures, both diodes are mounted on a baseplate and thermoelectric peltiers. I have pinout schematics for the monitor and TEC outputs.
