We will arrange packaging for freight items. Seller does not accept responsibility for packaging performance, nor damage to merchandise after it leaves our warehouse. Packaging for large/heavy items includes securing item to pallet with banding, bubble wrap, plastic wrap, and warning labels. The packaging charge is only for packaging the item for shipment. THIS DOES NOT COVER SHIPPING. Shipment is by common carrier and seller accepts no responsibility for the performance of the carrier or for the condition of the item once it leaves our warehouse. It is the buyer's responsibility to inspect item for concealed damage upon receipt. Buyer should open item at time of delivery, and any damage should be noted on the bill of lading. Damage should be immediately reported to the carrier's claims department. PACKAGING/SHIPPING FOR NON-FREIGHT Items which include a flat rate shipping charge will be shipped via UPS Ground. We will arrange packaging of these items, however, we do not accept responsibility for packaging performance, nor damage to merchandise once it leaves our warehouse. It is the buyer's responsibility to inspect item immediately upon receipt. If item is damaged during shipment, we will assist with handling the damage claim, but buyer is responsible for filing claim.
