First is the Empire Bagel Former and Divider.   This former and divider was purchased used just for our bakery from Empire for $12,560 and used just 2 1/2 months.   The machines are in perfect working order we purchased them directly from Empire Bakery.   They are in excellent condition and ready to go.   I'm including the manuals and all the literature with the sale.  This is models EMP-1 and EMP-2A.   Please look at http://www.empirebake.com/pdf/auto_bagel_single_emp1_2a.pdf for more information about this equipment.   The Empire Spiral 80 Quart Mixer was purchased NEW just for our bakery and we used it for just a couple months.  It is in excellent condition and perfect working order but our bakery didn't work out and we're selling off the equipment.   I bought this NEW directly from Empire Bakery in Spring 2008 for $11,463.00 and our bakery was open for only 2 and 1/2 months.   The pictures above are from after we closed the place so you can see how excellent the condition of this equipment is.
