Description
This seasoning is the most unique seasoning that you have ever tried. It is fantastic on literally any type of meat; pork, chicken, fish, beef, and deer meat. It is also good on vegetables too. This seasoning is my own recipe, and is prepared in a licensed and inspected commercial kitchen. You just pour some seasoning in a bowl, coat both sides of whatever meat that you are using, and just grill or bake. I also make a seasoned pork burger, that is out of this world Good. One pound of seasoning to seven pounds of ground pork, (or 1/4 c - 1/3 c. for each pound). Mix very well, let stand at least one hour under refrigeration ( I let it sit over-night) then just make some patties and grill. This mixture also makes a good substitute for sausage in a spaghetti sauce, chili, or put it on deer steaks,or a deer roast, cook as you normally would (Awesome), and it makes great deer jerky too. Well The Seasoning Is Now The Only 1 Used To Flavor Our Spagetti Sauce & Also The Homemade Ground Beef Meatballs In The Sauce . It Comes Out Wonderful :-} Also Great On Hot Buttered Popcorn = It's Awsome! It comes in a one pound package, and that seasons as much as seven pounds of meat. It goes a very long way. Just compare that to the value of what you might buy in the store for other seasonings. I own and operate a concession stand here in the town that I live in, and one of my best sellers is my Seasoned Pork Burger. I always tell customers that have never tried my pork burger before, to taste it before they put anything on it, because it does not taste like a regular hamburger, then you can decide what you might like on it. Some people put a little bbq sauce, and some onion on it, some maybe ketchup, but most just eat it as is plain. It has its own flavor that does not require further doctoring up. Thanks for looking. Dan
