Our loss is your gain! After 2 years open, we have decided to close the Wine Bar in order to use the space to exand our other business. This was a 55 seat contemporary upscale tapas restaurant by a famous San Francisco designer. You can see more pics and a video on our web page at WineDownBistro.com. Everything from the copyrighted logo and the web site are included (only exception is the real estate - it's leased - I don't own it!) This is a bar in a box - you buy it and open business in your own location. And on top of that, financing and shipping is available. Shipping is outlined below, email us for financing information. All of this equipment will be ready for pickup no sooner than November 1st, 2008. If you are the successful bidder, you must make a deposit of $25,000, the balance will be due in certified funds on the day you pick it up. If you wish it to be delivered, simply mapquest your delivery location from 1205 E. University Drive, Granger, Indiana, 46530 and use that mileage at $4.00 per mile for delivery. If delivered, balance of auction price must be paid before the equipment is unloaded in certified funds. Delivery cost can be included in financing if so desired, email us for financing details. If you use the financing source we direct you to, you will not have to make the $25,000 deposit but YOU MUST BE APPROVED FOR FINANCING BY END OF THIS AUCTION as shown by a letter of approval faxed to us by the financing institution or we will remove your bid. The shipping quoted is only available within the lower 48 contigious states of the USA. We would sell to Canada, Alaska or Hawaii only if you make arrangements for pickup or shipping on your own.
