Up to 1800 bags per hour will bag wet or dry sand. Make sand bags for flood control, fire control, barricades, security, weights for winter traction, security, gun ranges and many more uses. The military uses sand bags for everthing including beds, shelters, protection barriers and many other uses. This machine was a demo unit and has less than six hours running time on the meter. It runs and looks like new. It is clean looks like new and ready to go. We can also bag corn, sand, flour and other products with this type of machine. Training is also available. Sand or product is loaded into 2.4 yard hopper with loader, bags are slipped onto three chutes, 9000 rpm Hydraulic vibrator unit driven by 5 HP gas motor vibrates sand into bags. Just slip tie the bags and you have a finished product ready to sell ore use. Bags are filled one at a time by a rotator system so you can put a new bag on with out waiting. You do not have to hold the bag. Materila flows through an 8 inch dia chute so it will load larger size product. This system is easy to learn and use. You can make up to 1800 bags per hour with two people. System is easy to transport.
